You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are often processed immediately to your PayPal balance. If you suspect any technical issues with your refund, please provide us with transaction details to help expedite our investigation.
